So this is my blog about me running. Well, about me beginning to run... and diet and taking better care of myself.
Monday I had my first running session. I found the most amazing trail that goes along the bay (I just moved here). So that's why everyone is so fit around here, they can always go and do exercise looking to the sea. Amazing, truly wonderful experience. (1. Run 30 secs, walk 4:30 x 7)
Then Tuesday I did a workout for toning... basically:

Then Wednesday was my day off.
And today I went for my second session (2. Run 30 secs, walk 4:30 x 8). This time I took a new friend with me. It was great. We had a very good time together and she was very excited about the program.
The goal is to get to run an hour in 13 weeks. And get fit, and healthier, and slimmer, and tanner, and just sexier!
